Mag's primary objective in
the design and execution of
its sales programs is to
provide a "level playing
field" in the marketplace
based on an organization's
function in the marketplace. The
strongest element of the program is the firm commitment
to price stability for our
products. There have been no
price increases since the
first Maglite® Flashlight
were first introduced in 1979 and,
in fact, we have added
significant value and improved
quality since then.
Mag Instrument fields a
competent, knowledgeable sales
force that is available on
request to review these
programs with the prospective
customer.
As part of the "Mag
Philosophy", we do not
compete with our customers for
the sale of our products. The
Mag sales force is there to
assist our customers not
compete with them.
